Craig Fuller has served at the highest levels of government and business. He was assistant to President Ronald Reagan for cabinet affairs and chief of staff to Vice President George H.W. Bush, before returning to the private sector as president of Wexler, Reynolds, Fuller in 1989. In 1991, the firm was acquired by Hill and Knowlton and Fuller became President of Worldwide Public Affairs at Hill and Knowlton. In 1992 he was recruited by the chief executive officer of Philip Morris Companies to serve as corporate senior vice president for corporate affairs in New York where he was responsible for the company's corporate government affairs, contributions, communications and public affairs programs worldwide. He returned to political activity in 1995 when Governor Pete Wilson, asked him to chair his presidential campaign. Following a year on the presidential campaign tour, Fuller returned to Washington, D.C. where he joined Korn/Ferry International, running their Washington office and lead the board of directors practice for the firm. Public policy interests drew him back to public affairs when he was asked to serve as the president and CEO of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. In this position he created new business entities for the association and several new innovative communications tools. Working with leaders of both parties, he participated actively in shaping one of the most historic healthcare debates in decades, the Medicare Reform Act of 2003. He also created and served as the chairman of the NACDS Foundation. And, he served as co-chairman of SureScripts, a company he help found to make possible the adoption of full electronic prescribing services for the nation's 55,000 pharmacies and half a million physicians. His work in healthcare policy also took him to the Aspen Institute where he helped create and then co-chaired a task force on healthcare policy with some of the leading experts in the nation. After more than six years, Fuller returned to the company he founded in 1989 when he left the White House and now is the chairman and CEO of The Fuller Company which assists businesses and other organizations with the marketing, communications and public affairs strategies. Fuller is a public speaker and one of the few individuals able to share practical insights about health care policy and the strategies need to improve the current system. He also offers innovative ways for leveraging new technologies to improve performance. In his interactive and entertaining presentations, Fuller draws on his experience in business, government and public policy, to provide a customized learning experience for his audience. Fuller’s insights on business, government and politics come from his three decades of experience in these areas. As head of Cabinet Affairs for President Reagan, Fuller worked on the widest possible range of issues at the highest level of government. As Chief of Staff to Vice President Bush, Fuller traveled with the Vice President to over sixty countries and every state in the Nation.
