Bobbie’s passion for speaking and writing began as a teenager. For over 25 years her topic knowledge in the areas of business and personal development has captivated her audiences on five continents. At 17 she was discovered by the owner of the West Coasts largest personal development school who offered her a teaching position. Years later the Walt Disney Company heard about Bobbie Gee, and was hired as their Image Coordinator. Her challenge was solving a problem that had hit the ‘Happiest Place on Earth.’ In addition she founded the Disneyland Speakers Bureau. During this time she gave over 100 motivational programs plus she wrote regular articles for the Disney Newsletter. Bobbie also began a diligent study on the money making aspects of a positive world wide corporate image. Three years later she resigned her position and began her professional speaking career on corporate image and reputation. Seminar promoters worldwide have been using Bobbie for large rallies and sales congresses. They found her personality and topic expertise a smashing success. She toured Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the U.S. extensively. Her speaking expertise soon alerted the promoters of the “Master of Success” who had been searching for a female speaker of Bobbie’s talent and asked her to partner with America’s #1 motivator Mr. Zig Ziglar. This was a very successful run for Bobbie that lasted 3 ½ years. She is the only female speaker to have her one of her tape series included with one of the most famous motivators and legends in America. Bobbie is an author and entrepreneur. She is currently contacting publishers for her new book. The information is intended to bring a laugh, happiness and usable information into the life of the reader. It is directed to women 35 – 65 who may be seeking ways to slow aging. She has authored an audio series published by the likes of Simon and Schuster and Nightingale-Conant. Some of the titles: "Image Power," "Life Doesn't Have to Be a Struggle," "Creating a Million Dollar Image for Your Business," and "It's OK to Think You're Wonderful." Bobbie was also a contributing author to the original "Chicken Soup for the Soul" and "Girlfriends Talk About Men." Her articles have been published in magazines and trade papers world wide including Wal-Mart’s Sam’s Club. The news program “60“ Minutes TV Sydney, referred to Bobbie as America’s #1 female speaker after her numerous speaking engagements in the major cities of Australia. Experienced at media appearances she has been a guest on national talk shows and once hosted her own TV show. As a businesswoman, as an entrepreneur Bobbie became founder of Senco Sensors, Inc., rated #1 in Consumer Reports Magazine for carbon monoxide detectors. In 1993 Bobbie Gee was honored with the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame award (CPAE) for speaking excellence. Currently there are 3630 members; as to date less than 200 members have received this honor.
