Jared James came from humble beginnings which taught him the value of hard work. He is a serial entrepreneur that has always had an instinctive ability to recognize various principles in people's lives and businesses that have seemed to push them over the top. These principles, when combined with his blue collar upbringing, have proven to be the perfect match.

After leaving a successful career to pursue his passion in real estate it didn’t take long for Jared to make a name for himself. In his first year as a Realtor he won “Rookie of the Year”. The following year he decided to start a team and within two years had built one of the fastest growing teams in the USA. Shortly after Jared received notice that he had been recognized with two major milestones. The first being that the over 2 million readers of REALTOR Magazine had voted him their WEB CHOICE award winner as their favorite Realtor in the USA among their "30 under 30" issue. The 2nd being that he was being inducted into the HALL OF FAME for the world's largest real estate company... all before the age of 28!

Currently Jared is the author of the international best-selling book "Enjoy Success Today" and the CEO & Founder of Jared James Enterprises. He is one of the most sought after speakers and trainers in the world and travels around the globe speaking to entrepreneurs and sales people about what it takes to remain relevant and increase their incomes in an ever changing market.

In addition to keynoting events for some of the largest companies in the world, Jared has also performed various training for organizations like NAR, CRS, REMAX International, Century 21 Canada, REALTOR Magazine, Yahoo, and Zillow among others. He has written articles for nationally syndicated magazines like Personal Development Magazine and is considered a leading expert at identifying the intangibles that are necessary to take a person from where they are to where they want to be.

Jared truly believes that the only thing holding most people back is either an unwillingness to do what needs to be done to perform at their peak performance or a lack of knowledge as to what steps to take on a daily basis.
