Tom Kubistant is the author of a number of books and tapes, such as "Performing Your Best: A Guide to Psychological Skills for High Achievers;" "Be the You You Would Like to Be" and "Buyer Centered Selling." As a regular contributor to more than a dozen magazines, Kubistant has been everything from a counselor and psychotherapist to a tennis pro to a director of security to a teacher to a laborer in a freezer warehouse to a balloon salesman. His father originally wanted him to be a watchmaker, but he always wanted to learn what made people tick and how to help them tick more effectively. Today, Kubistant has trained, consulted and taught at most levels of business and education, ranging from financial institutions to hospitals to gold mines. He has earned the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association. Specialty areas offered by Tom- retreat services and golf training. An increasing amount of top managers, boards of directors and individual departments are using retreat experiences to enhance staff relationships and plan for the future.
