O’Connor & Associates, Ltd., a management consulting firm specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building and Creative Problem Solving for today’s executive… especially today’s emerging leader…technically trained professionals (Physicians, Engineers, Attorneys, Information technologists, etc.) who find themselves promoted to leadership positions. Working especially well with managers and staff who have gained mastery in technical expertise, but may need further training in the skills of Leadership, Team Building and useful Change Development, Kevin’s ability lies in the enhancement of useful communication and the prevention of useless conflict. In addition, he writes The O’Connor Letter on Leadership which is published monthly and presents one new management idea with each issue. Kevin has been awarded the CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, by the National Speakers Association. This coveted designation has been granted to less than 400 professional speakers in the world.
