For over two and a half decades, Jack Pachuta has assisted people in becoming better collectors by focusing on effective communications and negotiation skills. His thought-provoking presentations have had a positive impact on organizations and individuals across the nation and around the world.

Jack was the vice president of training and communications and project management for the nation’s largest collection and receivables management organization, a company named one of Forbes Magazine’s "200 Best Small Companies." In that role, he authored the company’s first-ever comprehensive training program and directed the professional development of over 2000 collectors and collection managers in 35 locations.

He was also the field director of the first successful use of interactive cable television in North America, and a senior field tech for a major defense contractor. Jacke is the owner of Management Strategies, Inc., a training and professional speaking company, and offers his collector training concepts worldwide.

Holding masters degrees from both the University of Southern California and Michigan State University, Jack’s collection clients have included public and private companies in addition to governmental agencies. His techniques have been implemented by such organizations as ShopKo Stores, Jockey International, Maytag, Kaytee Products, Simplicity Manufacturing, The Social Security Administration, American Express, The Asia Pacific Institute for Management Development in Singapore, Thomson Audio Products Hong Kong, Multi-Finance of Athens, Greece, and Connex of Romania.

As an adjunct faculty member of Cardinal Stritch University, and a senior faculty member of the Keller Graduate School of Management and a professional faculty member of the University of Phoenix, he teaches courses in communications, project management, marketing and sales.

A past president of the Wisconsin chapter of the National Speakers Association, Jack’s collection techniques are utilized by organizations around the world.
