Mike Radford, speaker and entertainer, is recipient of the The Bob Hope Patriot Award for Excellence in Entertainment. Radford shares this coveted award with patriotic greats such as Ronald Reagan. For the past ten years, Radford entertained audiences in Branson, Missouri starring in the live hit comedy, "The Remember When Show." The award winning production always ranked in the "Top-ten Branson Favorites." He now travels the nation speaking at corporations, associations and conferences. His production, "It's ALL About You & It's ALL About Now" is a hilarious, highly entertaining powerful keynote presentation about overcoming defeat, adapting to change and ultimate success. Radford was drafted during the Vietnam War. He was sent to basic training at Ft. Polk in Louisiana, and then to Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio for X-ray technician school. During the baseball season, he was assigned to special services where he made the Army All-Star team. He was honorably discharged in 1968. Mike Radford was invited to spring training as a shortstop with the Kansas City Royals. After baseball, he became a commercial pilot holding nearly every rating up to Airline Transport Pilot. He spent time after his flight career as a sportscaster.
