Mike Robbins, CSP is the author of two bestselling books, "Focus On The Good Stuff" and "Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken". He delivers keynotes, seminars, and coaching programs for some of the top companies, associations, and non-profits in the world. Prior to his current work, Mike was drafted by the New York Yankees out of high school, but chose instead to play baseball at Stanford University where he pitched in the College World Series. He then played baseball professionally in the Kansas City Royals organization until an injury ended his career while he was still in the minor leagues. After baseball, Mike worked in sales and business development for two Internet start-ups, before starting his own consulting company in 2001, which is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike has spoken at events for corporate clients such as Google, Wells Fargo, Adobe, Chevron, BMW, Citibank, Apple, and the San Francisco Giants. He has also worked with non-profits like the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rotary International, and more. And, Mike has worked with many associations like IAAP, IFMA, ABWA, IAAM, and more. Mike and his work have been featured in Forbes and The Wall Street Journal, as well as on the Oprah radio network and ABC News. He is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and his books have been translated into twelve different languages.
