Randy Snow has served in public, private and governmental positions, which brings an abundance of experience to your audience. For over 20 years he succeeded in the corporate world working with Sunrise Medical, a company with revenues in excess of $600 million. Achieving their mission through strategic planning and global branding, he truly understands the importance of communication within all divisions of a company and brings this empirical knowledge to the platform. He initiated an award winning training program that helped sales associates realize the value of relationship selling. He also directed an international team of athletes where he was accountable for budget management, product development and value-added marketing events.

Randy empathizes with the small business owner as well. Growing his medical supply company from $2 to $4 million in just over 2 years brings a wealth of knowledge in reimbursement, staff development, analysis and customer relations.

Randy has served three major medical markets with Healthsouth, Baylor Medical and St. David’s/Columbia Healthcare. Redesigning a person’s life after a traumatic injury is the epitome of leveraging strengths and embracing change; the key change agent being belief. Individual asset valuation, re-dreaming, avoiding victim hood and finding new opportunities are common threads of his teamwork and diversity programs.

Lastly, without question, Randy Snow was one of the best athletes in the world. He is the only athlete in history to have competed in three different summer Paralympic Games, in three different sports and medal in each sport. Paralympian and Olympian as well, in 2004 he was the first Paralympian inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame.
