A graduate of Cornell University, Larry Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of hospitality management, restaurant operations and marketing. As President & CEO of Larry Stuart Hospitality (LSH), his expertise includes the design, development, start-up and management of food and beverage operations for the Loews Hotels at Universal Studios Florida (Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Royal Pacific Resort).

Prior to joining Loews Hotels, Larry was a director in designing, development, opening and operating 12 restaurants producing $40+ million in annual revenues at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.

LSH facilitated projects that included Finn’s Grill at the Hilton at Walt Disney World, Park Plaza Gardens, Manuel’s on the 28th, Hue, the NASCAR license for their Café proliferation to include Universal’s CityWalk. The company has been successful at improving the profitability of more than 100 food service operations throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. He also serves as customer service specialist for Spirit & Southwest Airlines, Peabody Hotel and MotorCity Casino Hotel.

Larry has held a five-year professorship at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida and also supports extended credit hour courses for Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. His teaching expertise encompasses innovative business strategies, service delivery and execution, and entrepreneurial hospitality finance. Continuing his mission to educate he is currently the President of the Cornell Hotel Society here in Central Florida.

His ability to visualize, build and execute the service delivery process to exceed guest expectations has created professional partnerships in successful businesses entities including: Wyland Galleries of Florida (five-unit gallery chain - $8M/annually) and The Downtown Orlando Embassy Suites food service operation ($3M/annually). Larry is involved with clients such as MotorCity Casino Hotel, Dick Clark American Bandstand Hotel & Restaurants, Lavazza Café, Living Provence and Caldo Trattoria & Enoteca.
