During that time, he managed the design and testing of complex communications systems and facilities throughout the Pacific Rim countries, from Adak, Alaska to Antarctica. He was also the reliability and vulnerability engineer for the Polaris, Poseidon and Trident warhead systems. After over 22 years with the US Government, he found he needed to do something different and started a trade book publishing company where he was publisher and CEO for over 5 years. Being pushed with the need to share his knowledge, Gary was a former faculty member of the University of Arizona, where he taught classes on management and creativity. Wanting to share his knowledge to a larger audience, Gary then became a professional speaker. As an engineer, his presentations are logical and easy to apply.
